Welcome to Tonga's Official National Tag team website.  Tonga Tag™ or formally known as Tonga National Tag Association is the governing body for the sport of Tag Rugby/Football for Tonga.  Our Head office  is of course in Nuku'alofa, TONGA TAPU.

Mission Statement

​To develop and enhance sporting skills, leadership and talents that benefit career opportunities and service to the Community through the sport of Tag.

To promote general well-being, cultural and health awareness within Tonga Tag™ and throughout the Community.

The purpose of Tonga Tag™ is not only to develop and increase the participation of Tag amongst Tongan descendants globally but more importantly to develop it in our homeland, Tonga.

​

In order to generate exceptional Athletes to represent Tonga, equal opportunity and exposure must be present or available to our people in Tonga.  There is great talent and skill amongst our people in Tonga lacking the benefits of game coaching and equipment that are readily available to those overseas.  In light of this, Tonga Tag ™ was established.

Tonga Tag™ is for the benefit and the future of all Tongan descent representing Tonga in the sport of Tag.
